Yes Sav-J, still plenty of risk here for sure, but with small amount of shares on issue these could fly very quickly on a decent JV. Look at the movement in the options (RIAO) today for example. In fact my guess is RIA are intentionally structured for just this scenario. Secure a big deal and then raise capital at much higher prices thereby minimising dilution. Obviously with high O&G prices these deals are hard to come by these days, but I'll hang in there optimistically for the high reward. Management team is also interesting you should check them out.
