I guess it could be questioned who signed off on the contract but it really is history.
Most CEO's when moved on get paid out.
Even footy coaches get the balance of their contracts paid out if 'retired' early.

We will have a new CEO very soon and I don't think it would benefit him to have the waters muddied by an out going CEO who obvioulsy wasn't in tune with the same corporate objectives as the board.

Everything is all good imo
