What I like is that they are now plugging geothermal specifically with "a rare opportunity for a licensed energy driller to undertake ground-breaking and exciting geothermal drilling work".

I also like that the person needs to be available to work either day or night shifts. From an idle rig to running multiple shifts sounds like a step in the right direction to me.
