Fed Court in Melb still slow. The 3 x J's can't make a decision. While the judiciary in Australia generally tends to be very left leaning, I can't see how this delay could be hurting either party.
If Snotty is gooorn, and ends up going bankrupt with his wife and her UK based parents over the $500k+ costs, then so be it and get it over and done with. Similarly with any civil actions against him [amazingly there is just soooo much evidence out there STILL up on the web!].
And with VMS, at current IO price a decision means nothing other than the knowledge they can proceed should AU$/IO price align.
Best VMS option is still the Sn if that recovers quicker than IO and AU$ behaves in the right direction. Get a partner and get digging and exporting.
