The whole story reading past history does seem strange! And then things seem to have been getting stranger since about May 2008!

ASIC information on World Link Centre, Urban Trade Group, AXF's many Companies and a new company for AXF(AXF Asset Management Limited). Some of the above companies have interwoven shareholder links to MVH and RP and some shareholders are even employees of AXF!
Maybe the listing of AXF Asset Management on ASX next month is the new company?
