Not meaning to be obteuse, but my inquiry was in reference to ASIC notification of appointment or resignation of an office holder. Not when they were intending to start trading again.

MVH are usually very quick to notify the market of these events!

After reading the Mark Hawthorn article in today's Age, one would think there needs to be some house keeping within MVH for the protection of all shareholders so as to engender some sort of confidence in some members of the board.
