This is completely untrue. The Company has instructed Advanced Share Registry Services to exercise at the end of the Quarter and each quarter thereafter up until the expiry, you can ring them up yourself if you'd like, but this is how a Bermuda Option typically works. That is their preference as to minimize cost and their nominated cadence. They were only ACCEPTING conversions after November 25th.
