Been around S and SE Asia working long enough to not be surprised about sloth in achieving planning goals. The passage of money hand to hand is a pretty quiet affair.
An absoluely lousy share strategist otherwise I would never have swallowed the bait on this years ago.
Can't even tell when the bandits will call time, to be able to get out with some smblance of satisfaction.
