Good one, thanks! It was interesting to learn that DGL acquisitions are now mostly driven by the need to acquire new facilities that are nearly impossible to get license to build from scratch. Which means these acquisitions build a moat against the competitors.
Sad to see the appaling state of the red tape in Australia, but I am happy that DGL is able to take advantage of that.
