not surprised they are looking to partner into downstream processing - given the huge lag in value between RP and finished products it is inevitable we end up there. I think Managment were hoping (and I was) to be able to do it all themselves later but the market just doesn't want to let them. Vertical integration of phosphate processing is the world model so would be a few fert Co's making appointments when they hear such an open invitation - doesn't hurt to chat after all......
