"mid 2014"
You're very optimistic.
It is most likely late 2014, but 2015 more like it, given the well documented snails pace of a trial.
And at the end of the day, nobody cares who's fault this is, or isn't - move on with the excuses.
I always laughed when I read comments like:
"2011 is going to be AVH's year."
"2012 - Tipping point for AVH."
"2013 IS going to be THE year".
Good grief!
Haven't some "investors" learnt by now.
I do hope you're wrong though, and 2014 is it.
Otherwise there is a very real risk that some investors will finally loose all patience (no pun intended!) and bail out altogether.
When was the CCE merge and "restructure", and subsequent plummet in share price?
(Have a look at the 10 year graphs)
Potential or not, you can only wait so long.
If mid-2014 is missed, then watch for a return to 4 - 5 cents, as confidence fades.
Some people scoffed at my suggestion that AVH would return to ~10 cents, 18 months ago. And look what happened.
This is not rocket science folks.
