Noone wants the shares because of the high risk of not getting past the EPA or being able to build the plant properly or being able to get the sand to the port or being able to get the sand on the ship. Confidence in this management to achieve these things is very low - hence the SP. However, it costs companies nothing to say - I want your grade sand please but I am not signing anything official. IMHO & DYOR
