Hi @Anton, I managed to listen in yesterday and he went through pretty much the same stuff as the last preso he gave.
He re-iterated that the White Label licence is still expected this CY and that they have been working on a couple of other potential acq'ns that he expects to announce shortly. He spent a bit of time highlighting FND's lowest cost, large presence in the Indian mkt.
If you have a look at the slides, there is specific mention of dividends being announced in FY24, which ends, as you know, on 31 March 2024.
Pushed the financials a bit as well, highlighting growth both in rev's going from $44.4 in the first part yr of ownership, to $54.5M in FY23 and forecast $67M in FY24. Growth rate expected to continue in the short to medium term. EBITDA going from $6m, to $16.8M in FY23 and forecast $23.6M in FY24.
I think he said COH was $39M but not 100% sure on that, but it's definitely more than our mkt cap!!. And out mkt cap of $16.6M - is dwarfed by both EBITDA and COH! As NS stated, FND is definitely the most undervalued stock on the ASX.
Why they consolidated SOI twice to around 33M now is still beyond my paygrade. Just doesn't make a lot of sense and gives us what we have today - F all activity on the ASX.
Didn't mention anything about how the Indian mgmt team roadshow went, but if you look at the ASX mkt activity, it didn't generate a lot of interest.
