We'll only be taken over if that's what 75% of shareholders decide they want. I would hope that if BP came in now and offered 30-40c per share that most shareholders would vote no.
And they certainly won't be offering more than that unless we first see a serious re-rate. There is a naive view that companies like this get offers at 10 times their current share price. That simply doesn't happen - ever.
