The new board & management would now be taking a conservative & pragmatic stance with its announcements since its reputation was bolstered as a result of its earlier optimistic production forecasts.
Bearing in mind, that although they have reverted their status downwards to developer, they still have a duty of disclosure if any material events do eventuate which have the potential to affect shareholder value. They were reminded of this fact when ASIC took the unusual step of fining this company $33k for not meeting its continuous diclosure obligations.
So, based on the recent lack of information to market, production & proceeds from dore sales must be UP!
