AGS (100% owner of Wilcherry etc) is now in a targeted take over by Gandel Metals ... If successful (seems a fait accompli) Gandel Metals will be the new major share holder in TYX, with over 71m shares. ...
Gandel Metals is offering 14 cents per share to AGS Share holders. The offer values Alliance Resources at $21.43 million. The Target Statement puts a value of over $3 million on the Kimba. Amp alone ! ! .. and a value of $15 to $18 million on the Weednanna Gold Project.
In Gold’s current bull market I can unfortunately see the whole of TYX ripe for pickings, with someone ready and primed to « stump up the cash »
