The prospectus (available on our website), will help you to get up to speed. Its a disclosure document which aims to bring everyone up to speed and includes information like the type you are commenting on. The announcement you refer to is the original announcement regarding the loan and you are right, it did have additional dilution factors and that is why it was important to include all debt positions with dilution factors in this current offer so that at the end of the offer, the company has retired all debt that may inlcude dilution into the future (that is, overhang).

I get the need for certainty. It is important. Thats why we have have adopted a simpler approach to the next 12 months that will make it easier and clearer for shareholders and potential investors to understand our progress and performance.

1) We use insurance proceeds, R&D lending and capital raising to fund our BM upgrades and repair improve our balance sheet (particularly regarding debt)
2) We rebuild the Coldry plant at BM before Sept 2020
3) We commissions and operate by November 2020
