Agreed SV, it sounds like a great idea. I've, previously, slated it as a bad idea, but I won't bother repeating the argument, unless anyone wants to read it all again. There are one or two Company Representatives posting - GGG & PLV come to mind straight away - and when you read what they are battling with, you'll see why this great idea is, in fact, doomed to fail. It is a time consuming, putting out fires, time-waster for MDs. OR, put another way, any MD who has time for this, probably, needs to look for another position, ASAP.
