    not fully transparent
    3 scenarios:
    1- zenith found lithium , need more money from EVM , as they have been paying for the drilling
    and EVM need ask boss for the money

    2- EVM wanna buy the project outright and zenith is asking for lots of money. EVM need large capital

    3- The money been wasted, no feasible deposit found and EVM dragging its feet wanting the divorce to happen as it never met its obligation.

    which one is it we will find out sooner or later.
