Are the PXS that ignorant or unknowledgable that they didn't know what the consequences of a trend vote against the approval of the product at the CHMP meant? They had to research what that meant? hmmm. The management had been awaiting the results of the CHMP meeting for a long time. Then all of a sudden when they get the trend vote, they don't know what it means? C'mon, pull the other one guys!!!
I don't think the explanation by PXS management today, will get their management off the hook IMO, and I would hope that the ASX and ASIC delve further into this one, and Robertson's sale of shares as well.
