    I totally share your thoughts.
    It verges on total lack of competence that after preparing for the review for two yeasr - they have no idea of the steps involved..

    Besides that, after the event , Any good management knows that they have to have a Plab B if Plan A does not work - their response so far is total tacl of clue about Plan B ....
