    DML has cash $37m, plus $12m on hedge books.
    Debt $129m,
    Net debt is around $80m, down significantly from $176m.
    From June, it will be cash positive as announced.

    UBS bought over 20m shares @21c on 21,22,23 May.

    Seem DML will be taken over soon.
