I agree but the reissue would have to be put to shareholders to be approved at the AGM which is after the options expire and also when is the appeal going to be heard again most likely after the options expire.
Hiding information from your shareholders is not a director/s giving full disclosure of the operation of the company as required by ASIC or ASX rulings.
