Interesting comment on Telstra thread where they are indicating that Mum & Dad investors are threatening High Court action should Telstra decide to split the Company.
Like other FMS holders where some of us go back to the FDL [Flinders Diamonds Limited ]days, one would assume that we also would have a pretty good litigation case, should the Company split off the diamonds & phosphate from the Iron Ore without compensation to shareholders !
