So the board is considering going private. I wonder where that leaves us shareholders?
Also they're considering mergers or acquistions. Most probably aegis & nexigen(I think neither of these are listed on Stock Exchanges, so possibly the reason to go private).
If merger - how do they value the separate entities?
If acquistion - they would have to be bought with PYC shares or loan funds.
Interesting that they are making their thoughts so public.
