I'm hearin' ya but in all my dealing with the tax department and the legislation I've never found an anti avoidance provision that was framed in a way that made it ultimately easier in any way not to pay tax.
I acknowledge oftentimes the legislation requires "iterations" over a period to close up all the loop-holes or possible rorts but generally they get there.
