The O/S presentations have provided no price support whatsoever and for very good reason-
For various reasons the plant has not been running at full capacity, let alone being profitable and until this can be demonstrated over a period of a few months, I believe that the sp will continue to drift lower.
This will also have a negative impact on finance negotiations for the US plant-sure they may get conditional approval but it will be predicated on the success of the Geelong plant among other things.
Given a 12 month ramp up I can't see full production till 2014 at the earliest and another plant in the US is unlikely for another 2/3 years after that.
I'm looking to re-enter but not until they actually meet some of their targets.
