My take on this, for what it's worth:
Process works
Plant works, subject to modest capex spend
Alcoa well in the frame
Bleeding stopped re: office admin costs
We'll have to endure further delays before we get into the landfill
US expansion still on the agenda
Now run by a tight ship
Potential dispute with FR over tech but likely MHM will own outright with minimal further dilution
Plenty of cash for the moment - will need a raise for US but this is no surprise
All up, not a bad outcome and appears much better foundation for moving forward
