Is it in Genorah's interests (not your interests - only Genorah's) to issue more equity at a higher or lower share price ?
Lower of course.
Why ?
Because they get to own more of the company "NKP" as a percentage for a LOWER price.
That is also now clearly in AMED's interests also.
Amed's interests + Genorahs interests and NKP retail shareholder interests are NOT ALIGNED. imo.
