good to see you playing devils advocate, the balance of opinion is good, particulary from an actual holder of shares... having been let down time and time again its hard not to have the attitute of "whop, better go get that lube again cos this 'll hurt" :)
couple of points as food for thought though:
1. you think G will sell their own shares in its Coy for less than 20c??
2. remember the current issued Capital of NKP only "effectively" reflects 75% of the company ownership. This is because G have a free hit to convert their "BEE" 25% when they choose to maintain the BEE %. So not only to G already hold listed shares in NKP, they have the option to "vend" their additional 25% when they think fit. G would not convert this extra 25% until the death knock - that is all cash raised and of to production (i.e. dilution)....
3. in light of the above, smart move by AMED, as their indirect % in NKP remains fixed
4. you think they would still be able to raise funds at 8c if AMED with reputation and backing were to come on and say buy into G at 20c, surely SP is going to 20c immeadiately after. Particulary after a untied movement after all these years
Remember - this has been >$1 without AMED and distance to production
