Dangar I would have to agree with you.
On first read at gives more clarity then we have ever had about the HSBC facility. Has definitely given me a much greater level of comfort (was always a little concerned HSBC could may be renig!). I am also relatively happy with the Incetnive Plan information which are pretty much all linked to significant performance from current levels (will need to watch this space though).
Very interested to hear from these reporters assigned by scottish Government. It mentioned an intention was to resolve within 6 months, it was brought to them in June. The update states the reportes will give time frames after their October hearing. This is the company maker decision as it will be generating significant income as ealry as 6 months of decision being granted.
All in all pretty happy.
