I back the Doctor more than anything else here. The guy just seems to be able to get things done and has a clear cut analytic plan to make it work. Just think about how precise a surgeon needs to be when in an operating theater. Now, translate that into the 'biz world' with the doctor's equity at stake (~50% of ABQ held by mgmt, family and friends).
