My limited understanding is that since they failed the continuous drilling requirements the Scotish Rites Hospital has the acreage back (minus what they have drilled) and will look to auction off the rights in another ballot.

If this is the case GGP should update the market with a correction to the announcement as it is misleading people/SH that they (GGP) are able to sell the outstanding land as well as those held under continuous drilling.
