    Personally I think they will want the suspension to go way beyond May... imo say to the end of June...with the hope that something pop's up in between now and then..I think they will be now urgently sorting out another convertable loan agreement to cover the next few quarters as I think any attempt of a placement as things currently stand at .008 will fail.
