Yep, trying to raise capital while fed up holders will be looking to lock in a loss (perhaps at any price) = blood bath.
Best outcome might be remaing in suspension until after July. Just hope there's enough cash to last and something worth announcing when the suspension is lifted to maintain interest and entice some more investment to finance another 6 months or so. Hopefully that will be all that is needed to generate enough cash flow to keep the cogs turning and support the international roll out.
Still has some hope... but talk about skating on (very!) thin ice.
