    At the end of the AGM, there will be just two directors as a result of the Chairman not being put up for re-election.

    The minimum number of directors is three. What will happen at that point?

    Will they need to give 30 days notice of another AGM and start all over again?

    Will they be suspended in the meantime?

    Just a little confusion here.
