Following the 2007 AGM, Ross will be the last Director standing....
The Chairman was appointed to fill a casual vacancy does not have his appointment on the AGM agenda to be ratified by members. Frank has also been left of the agenda for the AGM. The Consitution requires directors filling a casula vacancy to be confirmed by Members at the AGM (not GM where Frank was endorsed in May)....
Not much business on the AGM, not much business at MVH?
Ross has been very smart(?) in controlling his Board in this way.
