I think the market can only take this as a fairly neutral result.
They still own 100% of the US operation, so that must be taken as a positive effect.
They will have to refinance an extra $US15 million, which could be seen as a negative effect.
A more positive outlook is that they were able to refinance the operation ... so people in the US are still looking favorably* on good Biofuel operations. They have had a serious offer for 20% of the facility, now they have been able to refinance the project.
*Perhaps Australia will look more favourably at AAE now ... even if our spelling is a little different to the American ;)
