I like the new phrase that A2B (formerly Cabcharge) used in their presos.... "Better before Bigger". Every boardroom would do well to adopt this.... as a SH of TOT, I don't care if they grow to $2Bn of assets if it's not done intelligently.... might be better of focussed on what they've got and do their best with their limited portfolio (keep tenants happy, value add to NABERS etc). Small is beautiful
