    If we allow this to happen will the likely outcome be to secure enough revenue to pay MQG and other creditors and shareholders left with nothing. If that be the case maybe we can stymie the process by asking the courts to have shareholders considered AS CREDITORS BASED ON WHAT HAS OCCURRED.
