When I called the ASX looking for information/explanations the individual I talked to said that he had received a high volume of calls related to delays for something like 8 or 10 tickers, he also said they currently had a backlog in administration due to holidays etc.
he (faceless ASX man) wasn't game to put a ball park time frame on a date.
IMO i think there will be a significant amount of RTO's release very close together in keeping with the apparent trend in 2015 of companies looking for more viable business out side of energy and mining sectors. My understanding is that the reporting and fact checking related to an RTO that is performed by the ASX is no small task.
As for the comment by @skyscraper99 it would make sense if a business like the ASX put more effort into the higher fee earning IPO's rather than RTO's, after all they want big profits. However this does not, IMO, give them licence to drag the chain to the extent that they have.
