Hi K******,

After three deferrals (from ASX) we have gone through the re-listing committee meeting today without incident and have received our conditional letter of re-listing. We do not have a firm date today, we will get that once we provide ASX the information requested in their conditional letter, which is signed escrow agreements, confirmation of spread and bank statements etc.

We will inform the market via an announcement as soon as wee have a confirmed date and time for re-listing and share all shareholders frustration in the time taken for ASX to deal with this.
