Would the signing of the two new directors cover off the signed escrow agreements part of the conditional letter?
and would confirmation of spread be the appendix 3B, or is that guess wrong?
seems like they only need bank statements and whatever else was covered in the "etc." from Mark....
what is every ones thoughts on this?
