As I said before, escrow is not just 2 directors but all founders and seed investors, You see some have 1 year escrow and some 2, as I understand founders are escrowed for 2 years and seed investors for 1 year,
There could be 30 to 100 all up,
I have seed in another company and will soon sign a 12 month escrow,
And spread is a set number of shareholders, 500 from memory, one reason for an RTO, instant spread,
