I just found the answer to my question. Its on page 7 of the PDF prospectus under "letter from chairman" or page 4 of the prospectus (copying is disabled on the PDF).
At the time of lodging this prospectus, all your Directors have indicated that they WILL NOT take up their Entitlements under the Entitlement Offer.
Not down ramping but DYOR. GL.
