How long do you think till the company is trading below net current assets?
The board is so useless at capital allocation that they still probably wouldn't buyback any shares. I don't trust them with a ten foot pole to make a decent acquisition or merger that creates value for shareholders at this point if they can't even spot a value opportunity when it is right in front of their nose...
