I should have said. The reason I'm not too concerned post-resin loading is that the contract people who stripped the resin beads before didn't report any real problems from striping and precipitating before. (Even if the resin wasn't fully loaded I.e loaded to a really high ppm level from p-weak* and slow leaching.)
