I'm horrified whatever you do please don't ever take notice of any of my comments. A portfolio implies a spread of investments. Having just one in a small cap speculative equity (I don't know what TLT 20 years bonds are but I assume a "safe" company's bonds) sends shivers down my spine.
I'd have to assume you have a defined benefit pension or something else as a backup not mentioned.
Alpha duck has the right idea and it reflects his experience. Same as my binary result comment.
