It is the uncertainty in the market caused by Russia, China, COVID etc. It's got the market jittery which is why I can see commodities stabilising (it's safer in an unstable market) and tech companies shares tanking across the board. For those with spare cash reserves it make a good buying opportunity as long as you still trust the fundamentals of the company you hold shares in.
