    If ZNO has given someone an exclusive distributorship that allows for this, then that is further evidence of serious mistakes by management/PH. Exclusive distribution rights need to be exclusive for both parties. HK is potentially a large maket with spill over into China, so this is a wasted opportunity and further evidence that Paul needs help in delivering on further growth.
